Common

- Fixed an issue with Eden quest NPC, Gelka, where players sometimes could not properly progress the dialogue.

- Fixed an issue with Malangdo Quest, "Thomas' Grievance".

- Fixed a bug where players could not learn Greed skill after transcending.

- Implemented New Year headgears' 4th week effect.

• Increased drop rate of +3 food item and Red Envelope drop on monster kill.
  

- Fixed a bug where snatch auto-cast was not disabled when wearing full rogue class card set.

Mains

- Added Expert Replicator, Milo, in Malangdo for players to exchange Global Festival Helmet with other headgear items.

- Guild Activation event started.

- Re-opened access to previously closed KVM battleground.

- Fixed a bug with mini-map marker when entering battleground.

- Added Hunger gauge for Homunculus and Cute Pet.

- Implemented Guild Tip User Interface.

- Fixed a bug where items that allow the use of certain class specific skills would prevent players from manually putting skill points into to the same class specific skill.

I don't have this NPC Gelkah therefore i can't get quest's from 100 and above for Eden Group, can someone help me please? How can i add this NPC and eden quests from 100 and above? I have installed ragnarok few days ago and i have most if not all rathena updates.
