Why would they do such a thing? I, for one enjoyed them, at least the first time I played. I know iRO did, but I didn't know kRO did (unless e/rAthena is going off of iRO now?) But yeah, I preferred the quests as well, but would rather make my own. I didn't enjoy the official ones. Too easy. If anything it sounds like they are following suit with the custom servers out there. But there's a reason most servers have job changer npcs. People stopped bothering with the quests because there was just never enough prestige / difficulty involved.
