Where can I edit skills especially passive skills because as we all know passive skills, once put by skill points, it can never be lowered down again.
Example: Increase HP Recovery of Swordsman, once you have levelled it to 10 it can no longer be reverted back to 10 below unless you do skill reset ofcourse.
but it seems to my server that I still can manipulate passive skills. I am currently using 2011-11-02 client with Rathena v15434. Thanks!
