what is the recomended Data FIles, RagRE Diff, Client, Compatible with Packet 28 and translation i need the most recomended by the developers of rathena or even the support of rathena trying to use rathena for my new server thank you for the Rathena Community and the staff

For data files, there isn't much choice now but these two:

Diff and Client goes together now via Shinryo's DIff Patcher: I'd recommend 2011-11-22a
