Problems with Skill Levels

This is kind of an old bug I think, however I can't find it with in a search. The bug is sometimes the levels of skills don't want to change. For instance, when you want to change TK's Calm Wind skill for different elements. And nothing will make it become unstuck either, not even completely relogging.

I don't know my revision is kinda old, however I believe it has either something to do with my client or my lua files because it happens when someone opens up the larger skill window. In any case, I would rather not have to do a complete update of my revision because that could possibly come into conflict with my edits.
