there are lots of reasons why you can't connect even you port forward your ports

1st thing. if you hosted your RO here in PH and ISP is PLDT or others.

problem is the IP. as some People know i found out that you can use Dual IP in a network

your problem can be solved via...

restarting your modem + router

and wait until your IP changes~

btw this is my experience im sharing

share ko lang gnyan din sakin, pag txt server ok xa wla problem pero pag nag sql server na ko un d ako mka kunek.

gnwa ko nag static ip ako aun nka kunek na ko.

you can't change Dynamic to Static by yourself~

ISP does it. ROFL~ EF

why people uses No-IP.. just to hide it to public.. ( not including people who knows about DNS to IP )

and sometimes No-IP is used

for People that uses Dynamic IPs

so that if they have the DUC + No-IP DNS

the DUC will Automatically updates the No-IP DNS for just 1-3mins

but if your use Static IP == Real One

well no need for No-IP since having a No-IP is just people that uses Dynamic IP.

since people doesnt' use NO-IP to hide the IP ( crappy xD )
