Increasing Default Character Weight

Is there any way to increase the default weight per character in the new rA git

adding itemscript to add weight just add max weight also same goes with gym pass

i dont understand can you explain this image?

but i think this still refers to MAX WEIGHT as 20000 is the DEFAULT MAX WEIGHT

what im looking or asking for is the initial weight or default weight not the default max weight
