Crashing client exe in Windows 11

Hi, I have a brand new laptop and try to run Ragnarok on this but the game keep crashing (Game window comes up and crash intantly). There's no error log pops up.
I found these log on Event Viewer.

I did run the app on compability mode and also as Administrator.
