help refine rate refine system

Can someone tell me where i can edit the refine rate and the material required for refining. 
Iam using 2018 client and having this error bellow.

When refining via helogren it showing NULL 

Tried to check the refine.yml on db/pre-re but i dont know what to edit. TIA

Hello, there might be a typo in your refine_db.yml, which is why it failed to read. Please double-check the last edit you made, and you'll also find the refine rates and materials listed there.
