put delay for no spam command

Hi people. I would like to add a delay with a message stating that there are 10 seconds to wait before being able to use it again (and if possible a countdown for the player to see)

Both of your requests have been asked in the forum already years past, I would suggest trying the search feature, it should give you similar scripts you can try to implement to your script.
