i think you have typed your mysql username wrong...

 

uname= 'raagnarok, passwrd='ragnarok

You have to setup your db in mysql, have you done it?
Also create an username called ragnarok pw ragnarok in the db and grants all privileges

Send the config file you have in your server files ... Mostly the problem is there because of miss understanding of connectivity using char_server,map_server & inter_server
