I began to find out how work file, @ItemIno@ and  are inside the function

Spoiler
function main()
	for ItemID, DESC in pairs(tbl) do
		result, msg = AddItem(ItemID, DESC.unidentifiedDisplayName, DESC.unidentifiedResourceName, DESC.identifiedDisplayName, DESC.identifiedResourceName, DESC.slotCount, DESC.ClassNum)
		if not result == true then
			return false, msg
		end
		for k, v in pairs(DESC.unidentifiedDescriptionName) do
			result, msg = AddItemUnidentifiedDesc(ItemID, v)
			if not result == true then
				return false, msg
			end
		end
		for k, v in pairs(DESC.identifiedDescriptionName) do
			result, msg = AddItemIdentifiedDesc(ItemID, v)
			if not result == true then
				return false, msg
			end
		end
		if nil ~= DESC.EffectID then
			result, msg = AddItemEffectInfo(ItemID, DESC.EffectID)
		end
		if not result == true then
			return false, msg
		end
		if nil ~= DESC.costume then
			result, msg = AddItemIsCostume(ItemID, DESC.costume)
		end
		if not result == true then
			return false, msg
		end
	end
	return true, "good"
end

I wanted to repeat function in  my program (Lua Development Tools) but unfortunately I get a error

Exception in thread "main" com.naef.jnlua.LuaRuntimeException: ...oduct-win32.win32.x86_64\workspace\test\src\test.lua:51: attempt to call global 'AddItem' (a nil value)

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieved though, however if you are planning to create a custom ItemInfo Lua for your server, I believe the answer is hexing your client using WARP or NEMO. The "AddItem" function is obviously not in the ItemInfo lua it is being called from somewhere (I think the Client)
