Hello guys, i would like to make a fix cast time headgear, is it possible?
im trying to make a 130 dex casting headgear. Is this possible?
The purpose of this item is for champ vs champ 130 dex asura game play. Although the server is 255 and on 150 dex its already no cast i would like it yo be when the headgear is equip, casting is fix to 130 dex
