How to create folder upload and download file for Thor patch in laragon

Anyone can help me to create folder upload and download file for Thor patch in laragon?

I run with my local PC anyone can help me on this?

That's exactly what needs to be explained to me

"Main directory Folder" > "Custom Folder" < this "Custom Folder" you want to add in your ragnarok directory

Run ThorGenerator under the Output set it to "File" Check the Directory  and click the Select find "Main directory Folder" and target it click Ok and Generate
