Upon Choosing Quest If you accidentally click the cancel button the delay would apply immediately

where should i relocate this https://github.com/rathena/rathena/blob/745731b8e812c1a31ca3fdcc009972d29276cf44/npc/custom/quests/thq/THQS_QuestNPC.txt#L76

The Delay should be only applied after they take the quest.
