Drop Rate = 100%

Hello.

I'm trying to change the rates from my server (Brathena).
But i can't to it. I change everything at drops.conf - But this don't change anything. I compile my server again with old times / pre renewal but i can't change.
This doen'st works. Someone can help?

Maybe there are import files that had overwritten drop rates.

 

But if still not working, try use latest rAthena.

I'm using an older version to use "old times"
But i can use on rAthena? I see on import and this is empty file.
I'm trying to find the others config but... it's hard to find
