Party Search

Allow player to announce in the channel that they are looking for party.


Add this to your channel.conf 

		{
			name: "#recruit"
			alias: "[ RECRUIT ]"
			color: "Recruit"
			type: "CHAN_TYPE_PUBLIC"
			autojoin: true
			leave: false
			chat: false
		},
