Is the latest rathena vesion include episode 17.2?

wanted to know if the latest rathena server is updated till episode 17.2. Im fairly new on this part, i tried to search on all the boards and could find the information i needed.

oh i see. So what is the version at the moment? I see there is few server with episode 17.1. How do they do that? did they create all the quest by themself?
