Need some Guidelines for this error

Good day Rathena.. I need some help..

the display of the item "blank eyes" on NPC works

i right click it.. it works.

when i wear it.. it shows this error..

help please..  creating a server for LAN

Your missing the act file of that item, what item is that just to be precise so I can check if I have it so I can just give it to you.

question.. why did my client search for that act file? even though i have these?

I check those files and I got multiple files with the almost same name, it differs on the numbering on the filename, maybe you dont have that specific file.
