both 20180620e ragexe and 20190919a ragexe failed to connect to server

Hi, it's me again, if you don't mind me asking, I've used both 20180620e ragexe and 20190919a ragexe and I'm using ZackDreaver's translation. Even though the server managed to receive the login info, I got a 'failed to connect to server' problem. Do you know what might cause this problem? Thank you.
