Monster Spawn once on any map

hello 
so i want to make a monster lets say with id 2950 spawn on any map in the game and stays there until killed and when killed spawns again on a random map in the game

Go to maps_athena.conf > Make it to array map name > You can simply spawn random monster now. ( Write code like this )
