Problem with etc Skill

can someone tell me how to remove this skill from etc ..

 

the problem is normal player also get this skill .. i need some help how to remove it ....

Find conf/groups.conf

Find :

-      all_skill: true

Replace :

+     all_skill: false

Then @reloadatcommand.

it same im using normal ID it still there ,

 

and this is my groups.conf

idk how to resolve this ...
