Translation problem about KROZERO Iteminfo.lub.

Hello everyone, I am KROZERO (official customer) Taiwanese player (using Chinese big-5)
I want to ask a question about Iteminfo.lub.
I found the document and modified it according to the teaching on the Internet (item name and item description)
However, after covering the lub and entering the game, the display has not changed.
The only thing that can be changed is .txt in data.grf (cardprefixnametable).
I tried to modify it for the first time so I am not proficient, is it about the client login .exe?

I am managing a Chinese server, in my case, I modify itemInfo_Sak.lub

I have itemInfo_true.lub in RagnarokZero\System if I changed this .

Will appear ClteminfoMgr errorfound:7933  say   Error ltemlnfo file lnit

Problem occurs in conversion coding

Now I am looking for msgstring.
Zero seems different from before
Not using :msgstringtable.txt
Want to translate Korean on the npc dialog button
