Manually entered login/account from phpmyadmin

Hello,

While waiting my web page completed for my client do account registration, i manually enter NEW login account and change the variables with the red circle.

1. what is "pincode_change" ? what if i leave it with "0" value?

2. Is it safe what I am doing right now?

3. What is the worst thing will happen by doing this in manual?

1. pincode change is timestamp of "when the last time pincode changed"
2. safe, better you add the e-mail & birthdate too, because deleting need one of them
3. nothing. just if u decide to run use m5 for password, you need to set md5 too on password while insert new record
