I got this fail. "your connection is currently delayed. Please reconnect again later .(22)" in my server. I have tried a lot of way but it still can't.

what are "tried a lot" refers to?

it's simple, you didn't set sclientinfo.xml yet, ur client still use connection for kRO

im also getting this as a player, and idk why, old client of the server im playing in is running smooth, then they change client to a new one then the problem occured on my pc,
