Noticed that changin drop rates have strange effect on ingame numbers. Basically i want to make cards drop rates from common monsters to be 1%, but when i change item_rate_card: 100 to item_rate_card: 10000 i can't get 1% drop rate in-game.
Assuming that 100 = 100% aka 0.01% and i need 1% = 0.01*100 = 100*100 = 10000. Maybe i just misunderstand something...

Examples for item_rate_card: 10000 :
@monsterinfo 1002(Poring) = Poing Card 0.60%
@monsterinfo 1007(Fabre) = Fabre Card 0.80%
@monsterinfo 1005(Familiar) = Familiar Card 0.70%
So it's not even the same.
Can someone tell what's going on here?
