Failed To Connect To server

hi guys recently i finished setting up my own RO server using rathena i didnt have any problems running it locally i tested some in game features like killing monsters and etc

but right now im trying to connect my client remotely and it says failed to connect to server

the weird part is i can pass through the login server and i can choose what server i want then after i choose a server it will take a while then it will display a message failed to connect to server

this is my files char_athena,subnet_athena,map_athena

im pretty sure i forwarded all of the required ports 6900,6121,5121,4500

i tested it using canyouseeme.org

please post some screen shots of the the cmd window of the server emulator so that people can assist you better
