How do I add item 20655 in the drop of mvp or normal mob?

You can add it manually on mob_db.txt . This topic should move to Database Support.

This one should drop the 20655 ITEM ID

Starting from 909,7000 (Item_ID, Item Percent Rate) to 4001,1 (Item_ID, Item Percent Rate) is a DropID,DropPercent. You can put the item that you want to drop from mobs. There are only 10 available drop_id slot and drop_rate slot exceeding beyond that will cause an error.
