FluxCP - datetime value error prevents new registrations

Hi guys, I'm getting this MYSQL error whenever someone tries to register a new account: 

[2017-12-11 03:39:23] [SQLSTATE=22007] Err 1292: Incorrect datetime value: '0000-00-00 00:00:00' for column 'lastlogin' at row 1

I've been able to register accounts through flux with no problem until we changed hosts. This is the only problem I've encountered after transferring. I'd really appreciate any help. Thank you!

 

UPDATE: 
I fixed my problem thanks to @Hurtsky's answer on discord. Here's what I did: 
The only thing I should mention is that I use wamp so I edited the line from my.ini
