start items and zeny don't change

First of all, sorry for my English, I'm Spanish.

I'm testing on a new server and I changed some options in char_athena.conf like start_point, start_items and start_zeny.
Everything worked ok, but now I've tried to change it and it DOES NOT WORK. I did exactly the same as before but now the changes are not applied.
The console does not show me any errors...

Any help? :(

did you restart the server after you change it ?

I'm have tried to restart it and compile it, like i did it the first time.

post your char_athena.conf (without the ip and user name and password)

i see you only changed the zeny from 0 to 1000

any other changes ?

if only that what you want and you don't get the 1000 zeny on the new char

try to add the line to conf/import/char_conf.txt

start_zeny: 1000

Well, i changed the items at the first time, but now i have try to put them back to the original items.

start_point 's coordinates are slightly changed and the problem is that a new char starts in another place, with other items, and zero zeny... It's like changes didn't apply.

 

edit:

I have tried to put another start_point, other items, change the amount of zeny... Then i restart (compile) the server and it doesn't change anything.

then i have no idea why that happen to you

if everything as you said it should work with no problem

 

if you didn't find a fix you could contact to me in discord and with TeamViewer installed on your PC and i would try fix that

but hopefully someone here have a fix before that

This is very weird. I have tried to install emulator again and the problem persists!
Can it be something from mysql?
