0 Akkarin Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 How would anyone know what the problem is when you give us very little information. If the login server looks fine, then it's nothing to do with the login server. If you're not getting a list of char servers in the service select box, then it's an issue with a packet being sent with a list of char servers. How new is the client? Is it unpacked? Is it a RE (RE as in sakray, not as in renewal) client?

0 Akkarin Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 In a nutshell, no. You need to use a kRO client in order to connect successfully to rAthena servers. The iRO client is a normal renewal client specific to iRO's servers.

0 Akkarin Posted September 26, 2017 Posted September 26, 2017 5 minutes ago, CodeMini said: im talking about adapting the Source to the Client. The source is not built to use iRO clients. Use a kRO client, like i said. You will learn less by destroying your src/ folder. If learning to add support for a new client is your goal, then grab one of the newer clients from around the forums that aren't directly supported by rAthena yet and try that way. There's no sense in trying to cover a sandcastle (iRO client) in cement (new src code) in the hope that the ocean (rAthena and missing packets for unsupported clients) won't wash it away.
0 CodeMini Posted September 26, 2017 Author Posted September 26, 2017 Alright, i see, you will not help me with this Problem. - Closerequest -
0 Akkarin Posted September 27, 2017 Posted September 27, 2017 It's not that i won't help, it's that no one can help you. If you read and understood the information I've given you, you would know that what you're trying to do is ridiculously wasteful in terms of time. p.s. removing content is a violation of the forum rules.
