Running client doesn't do anything

Hello guys, some of my players have this problem where they run the client and it doesn't do anything. Some of them have Windows 10 so it might be because of that. I also told them to try running the setup and client in compatibility mode for windows 7 and xp but it didn't fix the problem. Is there anything I can do to the client to fix this problem? Thanks to whoever can help. EDIT: I'm using 2012-04-10 client and used NEMO to make my client.

If you are using a patcher, sometimes the anti-virus software will interfere. If any files are being deleted, disable the anti-virus or create an exception.
