WoE Supply Item Restriction

I have a few problem here..as u can see in the picture...these are the item that can be obtain from a Box inside my badge shop.The Problem here is

1st - I Manage to disable the BOX from being use outside the castle.Sadly when i open inside the castle..it turns out the item can be sold to NPC

2nd - Now If i prevent some item cant be sold at NPC such as oridecon which is obtain from the box..it will disturb the Oridecon that drop from monster to right??

*How do i prevent this??Is there any other alternative for this ???

I Really hope someone can help me with this problem =)
