Help to Change the Base Level and Job Level

Can anyone help me? Yung pag ayos ng Base Level at Job Level. 99/70 kasi yung nasa akin e. Gusto ko po palitan ng 255/120. Salamat po sa sasagot. Nag basa na po ako sa rAthena Wiki pero di ko po talaga maintindihan. :/
