flux cp, birth date field does not appear

I downloaded this site but birth date not apears in the registration area

 

Every time I try to make an account, it error "incorrect date of birth" but there is no birth date field

Many of the themes available in our download area are no longer functioning with newer versions of FluxCP because their authors don't keep them upto date.
