I would like to ask if there's something like this exist,

A refiner that will allow only limited id's to refine, example (1701-Bow and 5022-Sun of God Hat)

And a check before proceeding if its +10 already cancel if it's +10 already

And the npc will require 1 item id(7227) as payment per 1 +10 equipment(1701 or 5022)
