Thos feature is not implement in either rAthena or hercules.. both emulator currently in progress supporting this feature..

pull this Initial release of the Achievement System #2044

edit server side : reward >> /db/achievement_db.conf
edit client side : icon of reward to show, description >> system/achievement_list.lub

will see like this.
