Closed connection from char server

Question

hi im having difficulty fixing my server because every time i loged in my logserver always says close connection from 192.68.x.x

what did is i put my lan ip in log_in_ip tab and my wan ip in char_ip the same with the map_ip...so i dont know what seems to be rhte problem.
