Please Guide Setting Up Patcher Host.

Hello. i am facing trouble for setting up Thor Patcher Host. 
Method i followed.
1 - Tools> Config.ini > changed RootURL saved > ConfigEmbeder - Browse Thor Patcher > Pack >
2 - Web> Main.ini>  changed file_url saved > Renamed Web> Patcher > Transfered Folder to Webhost using Putty. ( SS Attached )

= i tried Running Patcher it says failed to communicate with server. [ Please Guide Me ] Thanks In Advance,
