SKILL CASTING NOT AFFECTED BY DEX

Hi i just want to ask why skill casting is not affected by dex ? im using the latest rathena and 2015 client.

Situation is when I cast a skill any skill its really slow even though i have 150 dex. it should be instant cast right ? Hoping someone can help about my problem

If you want to use pre-renewal you have to open renewal.h and uncomment the PRERE define.

#define PRERE

Don't forgot to recompile after that.

If you are using renewal mode, a portion of cast time is not affected by DEX.

Yes hmmm i think im using renewal , how can i change this ? I only want to use pre-renewal structure.
