Problem changing rates (base/job)

I changed my exp.txt from 10 to 1000 to get a rate x10 as the tutorial say but the job dont take effect 

i kill a poring and it give me 0.01% for the player at lvl 1, i dont know what i am doing bad, the base level works fine but the job dont works fine with the 1000 modifier.

what i need to do to solve this problem of rate multipliers? i only have the problem with the job rate.
