Character deleted but cannot create again using same name

I deleted char using SQL.. Then, I cannot create that Char name again and got this "Creation Denied" error.. I already checked char but its not there on SQL database.. Already restart my server but the error still there.. How to delete the char so that I can create again using same name? Thank you.

@rakuzas use @reloadscript and restart server and try again

another --> go to your ragnarok db >char> find out there character names and delete.
