Where to find these 2 heads?

so I just try it here...

 

I really need the .act and .spr files for this two hairstyles. Does anyone know where I can find them?

It's most likely still pending moderator approval (this takes a long time). You may try uploading it to a mirror site like Mediafire. Edit: Just tried searching for it and seeing as how I couldn't find it, yeah, that is the case.
