waleed90 Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 helloi need to secret or encrypt .lub file this file is not in grfor how to change path for this file so no one can find or stealing it Quote
0 Kurofly Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 encrypting a file that is not in a grf would probably make your client unable to read it (apart from the lub extension obviously but any grf editor can read it anyway) I think there's no other option that putting it in your grf. Quote
0 Kurofly Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 Just delete it and it'll read the one in the grf instead, I did that to put all of my custom files in one grf Quote
0 waleed90 Posted July 2, 2016 Author Posted July 2, 2016 the file i need to encrypt it is System/itemInfo.lubif i delete it the patched will not work Quote
0 Kurofly Posted July 2, 2016 Posted July 2, 2016 Oh yeah you're right, you can't do this with the system files >< Try to add your custom items in a grf instead, this way you'll be able to encrypt your custom items at least Quote
0 waleed90 Posted July 3, 2016 Author Posted July 3, 2016 ok can i change file path from system folder to any path in my grf Quote
0 Helly Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 (edited) Bit with NEMO patcher you can rename your .lub and even change the folder. Edited July 3, 2016 by Helly Quote
