WoE Castle automatic reward not working (Euphy's Controller)

so yeah, as the title says, I do a lot of googling regarding this stuff but still no luck.
I'm using my local server and changing the time of my computer to test it, but it's not working.
I'm using Euphy's WoE Controller.


did I missed something? TIA.
