Damaged .GAT file

After hours of patiently filling up my map with GAT tiles, for some reason I can't add it to my server using the default mapcache.bat.   So i decided to find another way to add a map, and so i found WeeMapCache. Somehow, it cannot read the .GAT file of my map.

It's so frustrating bc i was so ready to put it up on my server 

Any help would be much appreciated 

EDIT: Okay so i just discovered the maximum size of map it can read is 200x200. My bad.
