But if you're creating a act file (with act editor) you can define the transparent collor (Right Click on sprite > Convert to... > in this window you'll see)

where can i find that convert to in actor ?

also sir how can i fix this every time i replace image the image will gonna be look like this 

 

but the oignial photo is this 

i save the image in 8bit .bmp file

Only ACT Editor, Actor is a outdated tool.
