Error From Gunslinger Normal Attack - Quick Draw

everytime a gunlisnger using normal attack the error pops-up 

but it doesn't close my client just the missing file

anyone can help me? about that texture/effect - rl-quick_draw.str file

coz i don't have it in my folders..

but i already patch my kro - pre and prerenew patcher..

it end up at START Button already both pre and renew patcher of KRO.
