Hello I have a problem. That when the War of Emperium is Active Player May Be With 12 Leaf Cat Card and still is Freezing. The Right would not freeze? PvP is all OK. The problem persists Only In War of Emperium. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Water resist doesn't prevent you from freezing only from damage.

But Blizzard Not Freeze Skill, Only Infamous joke and Card Knight Storm freeze?

It's a special properly of Storm Gust that it does not Freeze monsters that are immune to water damage.
