Char server is offline..

hey guys i had some issue with my current baby server,

for some unknown reason (since im noob with server side) i had this error

make_connection: connect failed (socket #7, error 111: Connection refused)!

can someone point me which part did i mess up?

 

#map server and login server are up and running but char server is down

make sure the char_athena is correctly configured, and dont forget to set privilages on your root for your ragnarok database.

ok thanks fixed, it kinda odd but those s1 and p1 are suppose to be remain there in account, and plus my char server confg was mess up typed wrong port, which im not suppose to touch it but i fix them back to default it works
